Sales Account Manager
Location: US

We are looking to expand our sales team with 1 driven salesperson to support our retail partners. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with experience in business-to-business sales, extensive audio and video sales experience, and solid interpersonal skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with existing retailers to create programs and training to support sales
  • Monitor account performance to hit monthly and yearly sales goals
  • Research and contact prospective new accounts to recruit new resellers
  • Analyze account and territory performance to set, monitor and achieve sales goals
  • Visit accounts to present new products, train staff and review sales with key personel
  • Attend trade shows and events to meet with customers and resellers

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Background in music technology, computer audio, video production or related fields

Key skills / experience:

  • Strong knowledge of the national retail market for musical instruments, photo/video products or consumer electronics
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with ability to communicate clearly and sell effectively

Sales & Marketing Program Assistant
Location: US

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Program Assistant to join the IK sales team to assist our sales staff to support our reseller network. We are looking for a hard-working, detail-oriented individual to facilitate a wide variety of tasks, including sales reporting and analysis, compiling and maintaining reseller forms, maintaining and coordinating calendars and related activities, and working with resellers directly. The position will involve interaction with a wide range of consumer and music resellers. The ideal candidate will be interested and willing to develop strong knowledge of these accounts and how best to support their sales and marketing needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Review and consolidate sales reports for analysis and reporting on trends and results
  • Analyze account performance and review with sales executives to create new programs
  • Monitor and enforce MAP compliance with resellers
  • Maintain marketing & promotional calendar and coordinate dealer marketing
  • Analyze and report on dealer marketing activities and results
  • Call on and work with smaller resellers to achieve sales goals
  • Prospect and contact prospective new resellers

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written & visual communication skills and facility with MS Office and Excel
  • Photoshop or Illustrator a major plus
  • Excellent coordination and time management skills are fundamental to this position

Online Store Direct Marketing Specialist
Location: US

We are looking for an Online Store Direct Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess web/e-commerce and online sales direct marketing communication experience, user database analysis/segmentation/management capability, copywriting and creative writing skills together with experience in the musical instrument market.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce written content for email campaigns, social media campaigns, in coordination with the rest of the marketing department
  • Manage the company’s weekly mailings and mailing plans to our US and international customers
  • Layout our weekly newsletters
  • Select the target group for the newsletters through user analysis and mailing performance
  • Interface with graphic department to organize the newsletter and graphic material for the website
  • Coordinate with the international team of direct marketing specialists for the weekly mailing plan
  • Improve the sales performances of the online store through the mailing activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • 5+ years’ experience in a similar role in advertising agency, music magazine or music industry
  • Outstanding writing skills in English, with a great aptitude for detail, precision and creative style
  • Professional knowledge and experience on the responsive web design with HTML 5 and CSS 3
  • Good knowledge of DAW/recording and software production tools

Web developer

The candidate will join the current IK IT team for help desk activities and for the programming of web based applications.

Electronic Hardware Engineer

Due to expansion, we are looking for a full-time position for an Electronic Hardware Engineer to join our design team. The ideal candidate would have experience in taking projects from specification, through design and prototype to production and 3-5 years of experience in the field.

Qualifications:

Your Profile:

  • Graduate in engineering (electronic, software, communication or similar), physics or mathematics.
  • Good knowledge of continuous/discrete signal processing theory, both in time and frequency domain.
  • Able to analize and model linear and nonlinear continuous systems.
  • Good knowledge of analog electronics.
  • Excellent skills in C++ programming with a solid background in computer science.
  • Knowledge of Windows (required) and Macintosh API (desiderable).
  • Some experience in code design for DSP chip is required.

Due to expansion, we are looking for a full-time position Product Manager to join our development team. The candidate will work directly with our Product and Software development manager and will be responsible for product specifications, interface design guidelines, quality assurance, manuals and technical documentation for specific product lines.

Requirements:

  • Solid knowledge of DAW/software production workflow and production techniques.
  • Solid knowledge of computer music products, both software (DAW, plug-ins) and hardware (audio interfaces, controllers, studio gear).
  • Good technical knowledge of synthesis and audio processing working principle.
  • Capability of playing an instrument like guitar, keyboard, bass, drums.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use design software to illustrate ideas.
  • Experience in the preparation of technical documentation (such as specifications, development guidelines, manuals, etc…).
  • Background in music technology, computer audio, video production or related fields.
  • Good knowledge of English languages.

Experience in some of the following areas would be beneficial but not essential:

  • Project management experience.
